Caretaker
The Helya property guardian ensures the security of the residence or estate by monitoring its various access points, doors, and alarms. Alongside this surveillance, they carry out minor DIY, maintenance and gardening work and manage the work of subcontractors. They may also drive your vehicles.
Fields of excellence of a caretaker
- Ensuring the security of the estate and property (alarm management, access, doors, etc.)
- Oversee indoor and outdoor equipment
- Carrying out small DIY jobs: maintenance and upkeep of work tools, household equipment, etc.
- Maintain outdoor areas: clean terraces and outdoor furniture, do gardening work (weed control, hedge trimming, driveway or vegetable garden maintenance)
- Represent customers in their absence with service providers and manage subcontractors
- Maintain swimming pools, jacuzzis, etc.
- Report technical problems and necessary work
- Carry out chauffeur duties for customers
- Clean and maintain the owners' vehicle(s)
Caretaker profile
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position required
- Driving license
- Fluency in French, English appreciated (optional)
- Neat appearance, sense of service and organization, autonomy and spirit of initiative, versatility, ability to adapt, reliability, spirit of initiative, discretion and confidentiality
