Personal shopper
The Maison Helya personal shopper is a fashion, style and trends professional who advises his clients in their research and purchases. A perfect connoisseur of major French and international Houses as well as new players in the sector, he maintains privileged relationships with them and organizes the logistics linked to purchases.
Fields of excellence of a personal shopper
Analysing and advising
- Analysing the customer's existing wardrobe and morphology
- Talking to customers to identify their personality, tastes, desires and needs
- Advising on fashion, beauty and lifestyle choices (clothing accessories, decoration)
- Establish a privileged and confidential relationship with the customer
- Produce trend documents, style charts and regular suggestions for new products
- Have a wide network of contacts with luxury brands and in the fashion world
Select, accompany and buy
- Accompanying and advising customers on shopping trips and carrying their purchases
- Privatising boutiques and showrooms
- Organise private sales at home
- Access to rare and exclusive products (may travel abroad)
- Obtain entry to fashion events (fashion shows, presentations, private sales or trade fairs)
- Acquire fashion, beauty and lifestyle items on behalf of the customer
- Manage the administration of purchases (acquisition, delivery, returns) and keep a close eye on the budget
- Plan and monitor the production of made-to-measure items with fashion houses
Personal shopper profile
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position required
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury market
- Mastery of dress codes, styles and trends
- Aesthetic sense and good taste
- Excellent presentation, people skills, creativity, listening skills, sense of service, discretion, availability, punctuality, confidentiality, responsiveness, passion for fashion, design and trends
- Fluent in English and French, a third language would be appreciated
