Art manager Maison Helya is a qualified professional in art history, acquisition and maintenance of works. He supports his clients in the creation of their private collection, the maintenance and protection of the works of their heritage.

Studying the market and advising
- Advising on choices for acquiring works of art and building a personal collection
- Identifying trends and investment opportunities.
- Produce documents presenting each work of art and its creator
- Estimate the value of a work of art or objets d'art with a view to purchase, insurance or resale
Acquire, manage and promote the collection
- Acquire works at the customer's request or resell them
- Manage the administrative aspects of the works (authentication, certificates, insurance, etc.)
- Organising the framing, installation or hanging of works of art
- Organise the movement of works to different properties
- Protecting the collection
- Maintain the collections (conservation, restoration)
- Selecting qualified professionals and service providers (restorers, transporters, etc.)
Organising exhibitions and events
- Organising exhibitions, artistic events and vernissages
- Orchestrate the loan of works to institutions, museums, galleries, etc.
- Represent the client in dealings with institutions and external service providers
Art manager profile
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position required
- Background in art history / heritage management
- References required
- Fluent in English and French, a third language would be appreciated
- In-depth knowledge of the art market, curiosity, creativity, negotiation skills, keen sense of aesthetics and artistic trends, good people skills, availability, confidentiality, discretion
