Ongoing training

Passing on know-how is a major issue for Maison Helya. Whether it's a question of reinforcing skills, deepening ‘trade’ know-how, learning a particular technique or improving an individual's ability, appropriate training courses are regularly offered to our employees. These are organised by our Helya Training Institute. Our trainers are the bearers of our company's know-how and ensure that knowledge is passed on, guaranteeing the continuity of our expertise, promoting French-style excellence and retaining our talent. Preserving and perpetuating the excellence of traditional skills and contributing to the skills of tomorrow, promoting our professions, that is the ambition of the Helya Institute.

Our CSR policy is distinguished by a significant positive impact on our local area, through an active commitment to social and inclusive initiatives. We work closely with local partners to promote social inclusion, creating employment and training opportunities for people in precarious situations. Our inclusive and non-discriminatory policy guarantees equal opportunities for all, regardless of origin, gender, age or any other discriminatory criteria. We are also firmly committed to combating violence against women, ageism and undeclared work, by supporting awareness-raising and prevention initiatives. In particular, we participate in the Oui Care Group's solidarity fund, which works on these various issues, thereby contributing to the development and well-being of our region.
