Private chauffeur
The Maison Helya private chauffeur drives the client, their professional associates, family, or friends according to their needs and instructions. A qualified professional, he or she is responsible for the maintenance of the various vehicles, ensuring their proper functioning and legal compliance. He or she is also responsible for administrative tasks related to travel and vehicle maintenance.
Fields of excellence of a private chauffeur
Managing private individuals' journeys and travel
- Driving owners and their families in complete safety and comfort
- Planning and anticipating travel itineraries and timetables (possible journeys abroad)
- Take charge of passengers' luggage and personal belongings (loading, unloading)
- Provide passengers with equipment and welcome items (newspapers, tablets, refreshments, baby seats, etc.)
- Know the basic rules of close security
- Be familiar with the requirements and schedule of the client
- Be available: flexible hours, evening and weekend work possible
Transport goods
- Manage errands and purchases at the customer's request
- Transport and deliver goods or documents on behalf of the customer
Manage the vehicle fleet
- Maintain and clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s) using appropriate equipment
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance and expenses relating to the vehicle(s): servicing, inspections, repairs, etc.
- Carry out administrative procedures relating to vehicles
Private chauffeur profile
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position required
- At least 2 years' driving experience with a “B” licence - Excellent knowledge of the traffic laws
- Very good knowledge of the town and region in which you will be working
- Excellent presentation, sense of service, discretion, availability, punctuality, confidentiality and responsiveness
- Fluent in English and French, a third language is often appreciated
