Selection

Maison Helya carefully examines all applications and makes an initial selection.

Interviews

Maison Helya organises several successive interviews with the selected candidates to discuss their background, skills, motivations and aspirations in person.

Evaluation

Maison Helya tests the selected candidates to evaluate their interpersonal skills and know-how and to validate their adherence to Maison Helya's values.

Verification

Maison Helya systematically and meticulously verifies all administrative documents, references and letters of recommendation submitted. A response is given to all applications.

Confirmation

Maison Helya invites successful candidates to the head office to sign their employment documents. These can also be signed electronically. All new employees receive induction training..
